Hello ! I want to tell you a bit about myself and why I've created this blog.

So, My name's Charlie, I'm from France (so if you see spelling mistakes it's because I'm French haha). Why do I write in English ? For the simple reason that there are more people who read and understand English than French :)

I really love a lot of rock bands like Oasis, Arctic Monkey (the Alex Turner's voice is just incredible), Alex Turner, etc.. But also pop music like Two Door Cinema Club, BOY, Passion Pit, etc.. and I'm a great lover of music from films (above all Hans Zimmer). My favourite band is The Kooks for a lot of reasons that I won't tell you haha (it would be too long ^^).

I create this blog for me but also and above all for you, because Jake Bugg has a particularly and beautiful voice and I wanted to share you this. Also, if you want to tell me something about the blog, about something it would be good to change, if I make spelling mistakes, tell me !!

In one week !

You know that in one week will be the day of the release of Jake Bugg's eponyme album, two websites talk about the album !
"Jake Bugg is too goo to be true" is one of the first sentence about him. The writer of the dailymail writes an eulogy of the album which he heard entirely (lucky guy). Roughly, the album is a mudst have for 50's lovers and the others of course !
He also told us about the preferences of young artists nowadays, turning towards indie and hip-hop and comparing them to Jake Bugg who turns towards country/folk in the good sense of the words :)

I was reading The Guardian when..

I knew it but unfortunately I missed it (my schedule is not in function of the BBC Sessions haha).
So, I was reading The Guardian when I saw an article about Jake and his performance at Maida Vale Studios, unluckily, I dont' find the live, so if you find it, tell me :)

Despite that, you can watch his performance in another live session here :

It was at the BBC and he performed Trouble Town and Someone Told Me (what a touching one..).
If I find his performance at Maida Vale I'll put it !!!
